Effective on launch
Privacy Policy
Adory stores pet state, customization, settings, and local conversation placeholders on your device. Server-backed features are being prepared for account continuity, sharing, importing, analytics, and future paid features.
Information Adory may collect
- Anonymous account, device, install, and session identifiers.
- Google sign-in identity information when you choose to link Google.
- Pet names, pet state, care actions, customization, and sharing data.
- First-party analytics events such as app opens, pet interactions, button actions, share/import events, and purchase lifecycle events if monetization is enabled.
- Purchase or entitlement records if paid features are launched.
Information Adory does not use
The overlay feature uses Android's display-over-apps permission to draw a small pet window. Adory does not read screen contents, use accessibility services, control other apps, or inspect system UI.
Analytics must not include typed sticker text, contact names, phone numbers, share recipients, raw share tokens, email addresses, advertising IDs, or client-supplied user IDs.
Voice and conversation features
Voice features are off by default. Microphone access is requested only when you start a push-to-talk interaction. The current V1 implementation includes a local typed conversation prototype and does not send audio, text, or pet memories to a cloud AI provider.
Sharing
Share links use unguessable tokens. The server stores token hashes, not raw share tokens. Imported pets are independent copies unless a future co-owned pet feature is explicitly launched.
Retention and deletion
Raw analytics retention target is 90 to 180 days. Aggregated daily metrics may be kept indefinitely. User-linked analytics should be deleted or anonymized during account deletion.
You can delete local conversation data from Settings. Account deletion requests are handled through the process described on the Delete Account page.
